Bruce Thomas | Owner, Principal
With 20+ years of experience in the area of Sales, Business Development, and Marketing within the medical industry, Bruce brings his expertise of orthotics, prosthetics, and rehabilitative devices to Pinnacle Orthopedic Services. As the founding principal of Pinnacle Orthopedic Services, Bruce is technically able and has the people, problem solving, and relationship skills to be successful in working with top medical professionals, medical device manufacturers, and patients. Bruce holds a B.S. degree from Towson University and is a BOC, Certified Orthotic Fitter since 2001.
Jackie Thomas | Director of Operations
Jackie is responsible for directing all business operations activities for the firm to include regulatory compliance, business procedures, billing, accounting, client services support, corporate initiatives and process improvements. She brings more than 20 years’ experience, as an accomplished human resources and sales professional with experience in client services, benefits, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, strategic planning, talent management, organizational development, training and development impacting such industries as financial services, insurance, and construction. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the New School University.
Jason Cavegn | Certified Pedorthist
With over 8 years of experience in the orthopedic industry, Jason brings his expertise in orthotics and rehabilitative devices. Jason is responsible for working closely with physicians and patients daily to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. He is able to care for a diverse patient population including Pediatrics, Spinal, Upper and Lower Extremity Orthotic Care. Jason is well versed in the latest orthotics technologies and methods to enhance long term patient care and experience. Jason is board certified by the American Board for Certification (ABC) as a Pedorthist, Certified Fitter, and Orthotic Assistant.
